- Infection control is a priority at Terrigal Podiatry. Single-use instruments are disposed of immediately after the treatment. Those designed for reuse are sterilised in an autoclave. Every load is documented and has fail-safes in place to ensure each load meets the desired temperature for a sufficient time such that the equipment is completely sterile.
